Who’s Behind This?
14+ years in the automotive industry, I left when I saw ISO/IATF reduced to just a paperwork exercise.
My credentials: IRCA Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mechanical Engineer.
I’ve worked across Tier-2, Tier-1, and OEM companies implementing ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Even as an implementer, I was part of the problem: systems that looked good on paper but didn’t change reality.
