Founder’s Story
For 14 years, I worked inside automotive factories, ranging from Tier 2 suppliers to Tier 1s and OEMs in Tamil Nadu. Everywhere I went, I observed the same pattern: ISO/IATF and numerous business excellence frameworks had been reduced to just paperwork.
- Documents filled the shelves.
- Audits became a yearly drama.
- But daily struggles, rework, firefighting and customer complaints never disappeared.
Even as the person implementing these systems, I knew I was part of the problem. We were chasing certificates, not clarity.
That was my breaking point. I didn’t want to build systems that only look good on paper but don’t actually change reality.
So I started The Kattamaipu Company, not as another consulting firm, but as a System Co-Creation Partner.
My credentials: Lead QMS Auditor for Automotive Industry (Exemplar Global), IRCA Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mechanical Engineer.
