The Kattamaipu Company ("Kattamaipu", "we") runs kattamaipu.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, company, role, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Analytics (only if you accept): anonymous information about pages visited, device and approximate location, through Google Analytics. If we run ads later, the Meta Pixel may also be used, again only after you accept.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet and our email account, both protected by account security. We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@kattamaipu.com. You can also withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's data in your browser.
