Is this for you?
- A customer or certification audit is coming, and you want to know what an auditor will find on the floor.
- You've invested in IATF and Core Tools, but you're not sure how much of it is really used.
- You're new in the role and need an honest picture of where things stand.
What you get
- A walk of one or more critical processes, chosen with you for your situation, comparing the control plan, PFMEA, MSA records and work instructions with what operators actually do
- Short conversations with operators, supervisors and engineers
- A gap map: where paper and floor differ, how serious each gap is, and the likely cause
- A priority list: what to fix first, and what can wait
- A 1-hour debrief with your team
How it works
- Before the visit: a 30-minute call to choose the processes and collect your documents.
- On site, day 1 (and 2 if needed): we walk the line together, documents in hand.
- Within 5 working days: the gap map, priority list and debrief. Larger scopes can take a little longer; you'll know the date up front.
What changes afterwards
You know exactly where your system breaks down on the floor, in your own team's words, and what to fix first. Many plants can close the small gaps themselves. For bigger ones, support is available, with no obligation.
Questions people ask
Is this a mock audit?
No. An audit checks compliance with requirements. This checks whether your own documents describe what really happens.
Do you need our documents in advance?
Yes, for the chosen processes, so the time on site is spent on the floor.
What does it cost?
Price on request. It depends on the number of processes and days on site, and you get a fixed quote before anything starts.
