Is this for you?
- You're about to award business to a new supplier and want to know the real risk.
- An existing supplier keeps sending problems: escapes, late corrective actions, the same 8D twice.
- Your supplier quality team is stretched and needs an independent, experienced auditor.
What you get
- Pre-award audits: can this supplier make your part reliably? Process capability, controls, problem solving, launch readiness.
- Process audits: is an existing supplier's process actually running as described?
- A findings report: what's working, what isn't, and the risk to you
- An improvement plan the supplier can act on
How it works
- Brief: you share the part, the concerns and your requirements.
- Preparation: a review of the supplier's documents and your history with them.
- On-site audit: one day or more at the supplier, mostly on the floor, depending on scope, processes and organisation size.
- Report and debrief: findings, risk rating and improvement plan, discussed with you and, if you wish, with the supplier.
Independent by design
Audit and implementation are kept separate. A supplier audited for you is never then offered paid help to fix the findings. That keeps every audit honest. Implementation support is offered only at suppliers Kattamaipu hasn't audited.
