Is this for you?
- Defects are discussed days later in a meeting room, after the parts and the evidence are gone.
- Customer complaints arrive before anyone inside knew there was a problem.
- You started QRQC, but it became a daily report-reading session.
- Your customer expects a QRQC routine, and you want one that works, not one that only exists on a board.
What you get
- QRQC levels designed for your plant: line, plant and customer, fitted to your shifts and meeting rhythm
- A simple board and daily format: what is discussed, by whom, in how many minutes
- Clear escalation rules: which problems move from line to plant to customer level, and when
- Coaching on the floor for team leaders and engineers during the first weeks
- A link from QRQC into 8D or A3 for problems that need deeper work, and into lessons learned
How it works
A typical plan runs 4–6 weeks. The exact plan depends on your process type, the number of lines and the scope agreed.
| Phase | What happens | Typical timing |
|---|---|---|
| Observe | We watch how problems are found, reported and handled today, shift by shift | Week 1 |
| Design the system | With your team: QRQC levels, board, daily format, escalation rules | Weeks 1–2 |
| Implement and coach | Your team runs QRQC daily on the line; coaching visits on the floor for team leaders and engineers | Weeks 2–5 |
| Hand over | We check it runs without support | Week 6 |
What changes afterwards
Problems are contained within the shift and analysed while the evidence is still there. Fewer problems reach the customer, and the ones that do get a faster, better-founded response.
Questions people ask
How is this different from the problem-solving training?
The training teaches the methods: QRQC, 5 Why, 8D, A3 and the 7 QC tools. This service puts the daily QRQC routine in place on your floor, and coaches your team leaders until it runs without help.
Do we need special software?
No. A board at the line, a simple daily format and a fixed time. Your existing forms and systems can stay.
Our customer requires QRQC. Is this aligned with what they expect?
The routine is built around your customer's specific requirements, including their formats if they have them.
